These Terms and Conditions govern the one-to-one conversational text-messaging service offered by Tent Renters Supply. By opting in to or using the Text Message Service defined below, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is between you and M & N Capital Enterprises LLC, doing business as Tent Renters Supply. Throughout these Terms, Tent Renters Supply, we, our, and us refer to M & N Capital Enterprises LLC, DBA Tent Renters Supply.

Definitions
Opting In
Opting In, Opt In, and Opt-In refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

Text Message Service includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile telephone number, including SMS, MMS, or successor messaging technologies.
Consenting to Text Messaging
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Product inquiries
Quote requests and related questions
Questions and conversational updates concerning existing orders
Questions and conversational updates concerning deliveries
Account-related questions and assistance
Customer-service communications
Support requests
Messages are sent as part of direct conversations between you and our employees. This service is not used for marketing, bulk messaging, automated alerts, or API-generated messages.

E Sign Disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of electronic records by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

Costs of Text Messages
Tent Renters Supply does not charge for text messages sent or received through this service. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless carrier or mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.
Frequency of Text Messages
This Text Messaging Service is intended for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send an initial message providing information about the service. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with Tent Renters Supply, including inquiries, quote requests, existing orders, deliveries, account questions, and customer-support communications. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with us and actions that generate additional communications, including responding to messages, requesting assistance, or sending a HELP request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE.
Because this is a conversational person-to-person service, an opt-out request applies to the specific conversation and Tent Renters Supply telephone number through which messages are sent. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. You will receive no further messages from that Tent Renters Supply number unless you reply START to resume the conversation.
